The Dr is great. We really liked her. But the office is horrible. They never answer the phone. They rarely respond to their text messages. After we had scheduled our first appointment, they messaged me “confirmations” with the incorrect day and time THREE times. That should have been our first three red flags but we kept the appointment. The other medical staff in her office were very unprofessional while we were there, running through room to room yelling out patients names and what they needed and making jokes about the ot... read more
