Dr. Swinney has been my doctor for some time and is very caring, thorough and attentive I have never felt rushed through an exam and have always been given honest responses to my questions and concerns. I can’t imagine seeking care from anyone else.
The ball was dropped and the medication discussed was never prescribed. It seems Like the nurse was at fault. I tried 6 different ways to communicate with Dr Padgett and she refused to talk to me directly.
Traumatizing experience. Get some AI assistance in there! IBM and University of California did the research for you. Conditions in there were unacceptable! It is a Ward. Got more relief from a AI chatbot!

Ridiculous!!! Terribly slow service. Very overcrowded. Rude, RUDE staff!! Please don't waste you time coming to the emergency room if you have to by chance use that extra time to drive to Oceans Spring emergency room atleast they will treat you with some respect. Never again will I bring anybody I care about to that place its really a sad situation.
I was brought into singing River hospital by AMR unconscious from taking my medications doctor prescribed not only did they tell me that I was on illicit drugs but they told me I was on GHB whatever that is completely false diagnosis on their part obviously when they told me that I was on GHB which I'm also paranoid schizophrenic schizophrenic and have been on medications for over 15 years I told the nurse who came in male nurse that he was tripping telling me I'm on something I never even heard of when in fact all of my med... read more
Terrible experience. Had a shoulder injury from a bike fall. I am almost positive that the first thing you do when a patient comes in is make them comfortable, not with pain medicine, but comfortable during the wait time. I am also pretty sure to help ease pain you put ice on the injury to keep the swelling down. They did neither of these things. Instead just left me in the room completely uncomfortable and hurting.
