Twice is enough!! My daughter brought her Jeep in for service (Oil change & Lube -- which was done well and priced fairly) and came away with a list of items Duxler claimed needed repair. First on the list was new tires which they quoted at $722. The problem is her tires were in great shape with only 55% of their expected life used. I took them to COSTCO and to another dealer who both said her tires showed normal wear and should not need replacing for another 15,000 to 20,000 miles. Priceless Service – Glen at the Wilmette shop is now my hero. Beside the great fuel service, tire pricing etc., he graciously came over and plowed out my car space after the "Storm of the Century". I can't thank him enough for taking the time to help out a neighbor who was overwhelmed with all the snow. You have my loyalty (and business) for good!
Highly Recommended – I have been coming to Duxler ever since i moved from california in Nov.08, and have always gotten the best service ever. Beyond the Call – Glenn and his staff are the best!!! Whether I come for gas (which means they pump the gas for me, clean my windows, give my dog a biscuit and me some candy), or have them repair my car, they always provide great service. And while I was waiting for my car one day, Glenn was organizing food that he was going to cook the next day for his staff. I found out that he cooks for his staff every Friday!
