Car trouble is never fun, but everyone was so kind and helpful. They explained all the issues thoroughly, the warranties and timing of repairs. I had my car back and running within a day! I highly recommend Heart Auto Care.
I don't normally do surveys, but I was so impressed by the customer service that I am making an exception. I was traveling 650 miles from home and wanted an oil change. Heart Auto took care of me promptly. Keisha, who seems to coordinate everything, was wonderful, both helpful and professional.
