I'm in individual therapy, couples therapy, and medication management through Lifestance and couldn't be more thankful. All of my providers have been amazing and have helped me grow and heal so much. I highly recommend lifestance to anyone who's looking to improve their mental health.

My therapist was constantly taking days off and it was very difficult to get an appointment on when I really needed one. So, I told her that I wished to move on. In the past, she said she’d set me up with some resources for continued care. She never did. No handoff or aftercare whatsoever. She just left me hanging. Just wished me luck. LifeStance itself got ahold of me, but this was a couple months ago. Still waiting for a therapist to open up, which I know is difficult for these days as they are severely understaffed.
