I have received great care at THC for several years, but I find their handling of prescription pre-authorizations in 2025 to be very poor. My PBM removed one of my prescriptions from coverage with several weeks of warning. I spoke with the pharmacy team at THC weeks in advance, and they assured me that the prescription refill was still on track; but my prescription was not refilled as needed. Actually expected me to drive 2 and a half hours to have a conversation about coming off my warfarin for a procedure when I had a broken back, blood poisoning and pancreatic issues. Sorry excuse for care. Oh and it was 100 degrees outside
Doctors and staff all friendly and helpful. Only gave 4 stars because of the waiting room furniture. Very old, worn out and uncomfortable. The first chair i sat in had absolutely no support in the seat, I sunk into the center of it like a sinkhole and had a very hard time getting up. Chairs by registration desk had worn spots and cracks in the seat and back. This gave a really bad first impression and made me wonder if I had picked the right doctors office.
