Our daughter went in for labs and was told that the lab could only do some of the labs. She got a price for those, had the tests done and left. Weeks later we find out that the remaining labs were somehow done as well and that we owe $1200! We filed a dispute and were told that because the lab did the labs, even though they said they couldn't, we are responsible for paying. I've contacted UCHealth multiple times and filed two disputes. Both came back with the same answer. I'm not wasting more time calling.

I always thought UC Health was good because of its app. In January of 2025. I was shown how wrong I was. I had Flu A which turned into pneumonia. My primary care doctor had me on antibiotics that didn’t work. I was taken by ambulance to MCR too weak to walk. The ER doctor immediately said there was no way I had pneumonia because I was already on antibiotics, and was ready to turn me away, but he did a last-minute x-ray which showed how severe it was, and I was admitted. This facility REFUSED my father's life saving surgery the morning of. A Dr. who was not involved felt the need to place his nose in business that was not related to him. Give a little grace to people facing death instead of throwing them out of the hospital and harassing them the entire time until the cops arrived. The officer was beside himself. Everyone in disbelief. No one has ever reached out. Your facility is a disgrace. Will avoid this facility at all costs in fear that they care more about themselves than they people ... read more

Absolutely stay away from UC health. I've posted this on a few different facilities now, but they are absolutely careless with senior citizens. They killed my mother after she came in with liver failure, told her to keep taking meds that shut down your liver after they KNEW she had liver failure. And she died because of it. Her discharge papers saying nothing about any of it, it was only in her notes. I contacted administration and they said they provided her "the best possible care & acted within their policy" what a joke. ... read more

It's extremely difficult to navigate (especially when following their instructions) with the ongoing construction and the facilities were in shambles.
