Dr. Wattoo is legendary! Wise, kind, very personable, and … all of the doctors and staff are similar. Extremely kind, gracious, helpful and quick to provide excellent service. Horrible experiences after horrible experiences!!! Was told a lie to cover up the fact that my technician was leaving early the day of my appointment. The receptionist told me she would contact me to reschedule and never did. I’ve spoken to the after hours voicemail service (also incredibly rude!!) and left several messages with no contact from the office.
First wrong billing information. Now, three times of rescheduling of my stress test. The worst is they canceled and rescheduled my appointment when I am already in the building. That happened today. When you didn’t inform them in 24 hours they will charge you but them canceling when you are already there is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I like my doctor Emmanuel but I don’t like where he is working with. I might cancel the rest of my appointments while I haven’t had a heart attack yet. They are stressing me out.
Terrible.
No more of a wait time than any other medical facility that I have been to. Or that I have taken my children to. My appointment time was changed because, it scheduled by the clinic in Henderson. That is where I had my initial visit with my cardiologist. The women in the front office are pleasant and professional. I even heard them help a woman get seen that day because she confused her appointment with the following day.
