Had a heart stress test scheduled for Wednesday May 21st 2025. I was pretty worried about it before I went in. When I meet Ozzie Dizon the tech that put in my iv connection, he made me feel a lot better about what I was going though. He set my mind at ease. He was really nice, respectful and answered any question I had. Then I went to see Jennifer Cortez oh my god what a nice person she was! If you are expecting good customer service, follow through, and employees that are courteous, then I'd stay away from the Heart Center of Nevada. I had appointments made for me that i wasn't told about, I was given appointment cards that said I had an appointment, only to show up and be told I had no appointment. I've been dealing with these people since January, and was told today, I would have to wait until the middle of June to be seen, even though it was their employee who made a mistake. NP Dr. Grant was amazing. He is the only doctor who’s ever took the time to address my concerns. Even offered a tilt table test for suspected POTS. I appreciate you!
