Dr Englehardt is an excellent doc. He is smart, caring, & humorous.
Received major surgery and my entire team was fantastic at checking in with me, keeping me well informed, making sure I had what I needed, and taking care of me. I especially appreciated my nurse, Crystal K, and I hope she knows she was a bright spot during a difficult time.
I have not been to this particular WakeMed building before. The area had plenty of parking, large & spacious inside with courteous office personnel to point you in the right direction, and kind medical staff that gave my client a grace period for running a few minutes late in holiday traffic. A big Thank You!
Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr. Robert Ferguson and his team!! Dr. Ferguson took the time to explain details of my bypass surgery and helped put my mind at ease. I had no apprehension after talking to him and I felt I was in good hands. The surgery was completed without any complications and every detail taken care of.
