I have not been to this particular WakeMed building before. The area had plenty of parking, large & spacious inside with courteous office personnel to point you in the right direction, and kind medical staff that gave my client a grace period for running a few minutes late in holiday traffic. A big Thank You!
Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr. Robert Ferguson and his team!! Dr. Ferguson took the time to explain details of my bypass surgery and helped put my mind at ease. Patient registration folks are rude. You call them to tell them you are stuck in traffic due to a situation beyond your control and they tell you to keep coming and when you get there they try to change your appointment. Their tone towards patients are very unprofessional
