This Heart center it is the worst experience I had in any medical center I visit absolutely the worst, unprofessional staff, the building roof leak, equipment from the 1980 always beiken so when it is rain they cannot visit you, staff rude and super unprofessional with multiple appointments they cannot assist me but they let me took medicine for the test without advise me, give yourself a favor it is so many Hearth Center around despite on the good review , I don't believe any of them based on my experience, here more than a... read more
If there was 0 stars,I would give them 0!!! I had an appointment for a SCAN,they let me took the medicine needed for the scan,and when arrived at the office,the machine was broken!So,I scheduled another appointment,I took the medicine for the second time,wait 30 minutes in the waiting room,and they came to me and said that there was water on the floor where they supposed to do the scan,so it was dangerous to do it!!!! Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and Dr Rao are very professional and courteous. Dr Rao is amazing. Takes his time, makes sure that I fully understand everything, and advise how to move forward with my life with the least amount of jeopardy. I’m fortunate to be able to call him My Doctor!
My was with the doctor but had to be changed due to an emergency and saw the nurse practitioner. She was very informative. Made copies for me of all my testing the past and present and was very easy to talk to but definitely be comfortable seeing her again Girls at the front desk are friendly and professional and everybody's helpful
It was a joy to interact with the staff here, Dr Ravi was not available but I was treated with respect by his staff, everything was explained in detail, very good interaction
