If you care about your time, do not schedule appointment unless you have absolutely nothing to do that day. Other that the front desk young lady, rude rude staff! I will seek another doctor office who cares aboit my time and health. Always a wait. Does not make sense!
If you suspect dysautonomia or POTS, you may want to select a different provider. My experience with Dr Ravi Rao was a masterclass in medical gaslighting. I felt like the doctor made up his mind before he even met me. He never touched me or performed any kind of a physical exam. In fact, he never looked up from his computer during my first visit. If there was 0 stars,I would give them 0!!! I had an appointment for a SCAN,they let me took the medicine needed for the scan,and when arrived at the office,the machine was broken!So,I scheduled another appointment,I took the medicine for the second time,wait 30 minutes in the waiting room,and they came to me and said that there was water on the floor where they supposed to do the scan,so it was dangerous to do it!!!! Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and Dr Rao are very professional and courteous. Dr Rao is amazing. Takes his time, makes sure that I fully understand everything, and advise how to move forward with my life with the least amount of jeopardy. I’m fortunate to be able to call him My Doctor!
