Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and Dr Rao are very professional and courteous. Dr Rao is amazing. Takes his time, makes sure that I fully understand everything, and advise how to move forward with my life with the least amount of jeopardy. I’m fortunate to be able to call him My Doctor!
My was with the doctor but had to be changed due to an emergency and saw the nurse practitioner. She was very informative. Made copies for me of all my testing the past and present and was very easy to talk to but definitely be comfortable seeing her again Girls at the front desk are friendly and professional and everybody's helpful
It was a joy to interact with the staff here, Dr Ravi was not available but I was treated with respect by his staff, everything was explained in detail, very good interaction
