Cardiologist and nurse practitioner at this practice are fine. Front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Went to scheduled appt recently and was told appt CXLD because no authorization was in place. The appt had been on the books for a month. Blamed the breakdown on my primary doctor's office not getting the authorization from insurance company when in fact the staff at this practice had not requested it in the first place. It's not like I was getting stitches removed....this is a cardiologist....a heart doctor
