First time visiting today and I must say I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Amazing place with friendly knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back
I would love it if this place had that "welcoming" vibe, but it just doesn't. Every time I decide to try again, I just don't feel welcome. One lady seemed like she was almost rather nice, but this other was almost combative with her tone and demeanor. I won't be trying any more. Sadly, it is the only rock shop in the area without the hindrance of parking. The other store is downtown, where parking makes it prohibitive to visit.
Thank you to Raven for being so very helpful and compassionate today. You sincerely provided the best customer service I've expereinced in a very long time! I'll be back soon. :)
