Actually 0 ⭐️ This is for the office of Dr Kuo on Rogers Crossing ….insanely crazy trying to get through! Answering Service is much more adequate at answering. I have left voicemail, message with service, emailed, put on hold for 30 minutes then disconnected and lastly service answering again after 10 minutes of waiting 🤦🏽♀️ I’ve been trying since 10 this morning!! Anyone know of great cardiologist with competent staff?
My appointment was at 1:40 and it is now 3:00 and I haven’t seen the doc yet. Don’t these doctors know we have a life as well. If you cannot control your schedule better than that, stop seeing patients. Stop double booking. I hope I am don with you.
Dr shah is a pretty cool guy. No chance of white coat syndrome as they do not wear white coats. Friendly staff.
