I have been waiting over six weeks for my insurance referral so I can have my surgery. I'm in a lot of pain and I keep calling but the referral still hasn't been done. I've called over six times and all you get is empty promises.
The care Dr.AB and his staff give is awesome. He's great. Office does get crowded, but I've been to other heart Dr's and felt like a number in the system. This is worth the wait for the care! Thank you guys!
I watched and heard the Dr scream and cuss out his staff in front of all of us patients. Really disappointing, don’t go here. I won’t be back, I would like a kind person to take care of me medically. The wait times here are atrocious because he never ever shows up on time and the staff has to make excuses for him.
The people seem nice and professional, but the practice of over scheduling patients is just not worth it. Parking lot is full, not enough chairs in waiting room, and the god awful wait times is ridiculous.
Awesome, caring, concerned, thorough and knowledgeable. Put my mind at ease. The Nurse Practioner was awesome, took time to listen and address concerns. The entire process was easy and I highly recommend this practice.
