My appointment was at 9:40am yesterday. I called at 9:20am to the office number provided, trying to find the office to make my appointment. After being transferred twice I found that the number wasn't the office for that location but a hub. They tried several times to call the office and no one picked up. The woman on the phone stated she would email the office manager and hopefully they would call me back. Unfortunately it is over 24 hours later and no call back. If I could negative stars I would.
