My first visit was a nightmare. Waited an hour and a half. Second visit, same situation, but after almost two hours, I could not continue to wait. I had already paid my co-pay. I was told it would be applied to my next visit if I rescheduled. I decided not to go there again. I noticed when I checked in that EIGHT people were scheduled for the same time! My first appointment was scheduled in October for December 15. I got a phone message confirming, but shortly after it was cancelled because the doctor decided to take the rest of the month off. For my rescheduled appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early, and got stuck sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours past me scheduled time. When I asked the front desk is they forgot about me, I was told no, and that the entire staff was new and things are a little messy right now. That is a huge red flag. My visit. He should be required to pay his patients when he's late. The 1st time, he was 2 hours late. 2nd time over 3 hours late & NO APOLOGY. He needs to work his lateness. He needs HELP. Never received treatment from him. He's never on time. I called for another Doctor. He didn't like it.
