Just went to went to get my annual visit done for the first time at this office, and it was full but my appointment was taken on time. Not only that I was in and out within 30 minutes. I can't recall any doctor visit I had in 40 years that was this quick and timely. Also the consultation was meaningful and impactful. Thank you!
1. Honor appointment times 2. Follow through on commitments (i.e., faxing forms) 3. Pick up a phone ... EVERYTHING requires a cal back. 4. Make sure your phone tree works ... some selections do nothing.
Everytime I go for care, I am seen in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Chabbott always listens to complaints and follow through with a plan.
I saw Dr Sivraraman today. Extremely thorough and attentative. Excellent bedside manner. I have my new primary care physician!
The two ladies st the front desk Maria and I believe her name is Rebecca are the two nicest receptionist. They are polite and real people persons and always make you feel comfortable. Dr vehra is absolutely the best heart doctor he takes his time with his patients and always answer all your questions and always explained everything in a way that his patients can understand.
