It's easy to like a business that has personality. I was greeted with a friendly smile, as I entered the salon. Going to the Heart and Soul Spa was relaxing experience. There were professionals doing hair, as well as others doing nails, while I was there. It was nice to walk into a friendly engaging atmosphere. Great nail salon. Owner is very nice and funny and warm. She always plays the best videos on the TV. Takes great care of me and my mom.
