Emeka is a wonderful man and has helped me out a lot through my weightloss journey. I started using his compounded Semaglutide March 2nd 2025 at 498.13lbs wearing a 6xl shirt and 7xl pants and as of today Feb. 5th 2026, I am currently down to 339.76lbs. In 10 months along with a healthy diet and exercise, even just a mild amount, I am down a total of 158.37Lbs!! I am now in a 3xl shirt and size 50 jeans. I can get into 49s but I like a little room.
