I recently had open heart surgery to replace my ascending aorta and I cannot sufficiently thank my surgeon Dr Joshi for all he did for me. From the calm and measured way in which he explained the surgery and dealt with my preoperative concerns to his exceptional surgical skills and clear instruction of what was expected of me postoperatively. I have to clarify that my rating is solely based on my meeting with him. He only seems to be concerned about his fees and money he can make from my valve repair surgery. He said I’ll charge a few thousand dollars more than what the medical insurance pays me (which might be fair as some surgeons do charge you a gap). We were very fortunate to have Dr Joshi as my surgeon who took on a very difficult procedure. My recovery has been totally amazing due to Dr Joshi’s amazing skill. His skill in suturing is outstanding and very impressive. Both my wife and I are forever grateful of Dr Joshi and highly recommend him for any cardiac surgery.
