My experience was great with heart and home. They made the process so easy and worked with me thought the whole time everyone here was nice and professional and they made the extra effort to make sure that my home was perfect and in great condition before my move in this company deserve 20 stars honestly but since five is the max I guess I give them that lol please if ur looking for a home trust them to help get you into your new place the process will be quick easy and you won’t regret a thing at the end of it. ❤❤❤❤

I have been renting for almost a year and have had no issues. In fact I’d like to commend whoever got my home ready for move in. The painting, cabinets, and tile work in bathroom are amazing. The office as a whole is amazing as well. Jack, Yvette, Melissa, Angelina, Alanna, and Feather are all great to deal with. Cheryl and her husband always stop and take a special interest if I have any issues. I’ve yet to have to call in a service request but if I did I’m sure it would be handled. Thank you. This place is great
Heart and Home managed several of my properties and they were very shady. The contractor they use for maintenance is owned by H and H’s husband and they were approved to spend $400 without my permission. Over $400 they needed my approval. EVERY SINGLE MONTH they had tons of random $390 ish charges that didn't need my approval. Once they “adjusted the motor speed” on a furnace that i just had installed by a professional. Nothing felt right about them so I left.
