I’ve been seeing Alex for weekly acupuncture for over three years. By far, the best self-care gift I could possibly give myself. She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes a very holistic approach, tailoring each session to whatever’s going on that week. This practice has helped my health, sleep and overall well being so much. The space is so zen and she also accepts most insurance, which makes it a no-brainer. Thanks Alex!
