I cannot stress enough at how amazing the product is from heart smart solutions. I found their product at the Calgary motorbike expo while hunting for a new helmet that reduced wind noise. I got the AFE-2 headphones and that solved all my issues with wind noise and being able to hear my cardo. And then, being the fool I am I lost them while on holiday. If you travel their custom silicone mold earphones are a GODSEND. Crying babies near you are no longer a problem when you can barely hear loud noise without music playing. WHEN music is playing the sound & instrument separation is incredible with the dual & triple drivers (I have both). Pair them with a Shanling M0 that can fit in the case provided with these & trains, planes, etc. are infinitely more enjoyable!
stopped by after work to see about setting up an appointment for custom fit earplugs for work, got lucky and was able to be seen right away to take ear molds(your experience may vary). was told 2-3 weeks and got them near the end of the 3rd week, fit has been perfect and will be going back if i need more custom fit earplugs in a stronger noise blocking rating.
Person whome came to work place was not explaining how the process works and was unprofessional
