Good service. Got my hearing problem fixed quickly.
While they are helpful and generous with their policies, I have found that the in person care could use some improvement. The last two times I brought my grandmother in for hearing aides she was not asked for consent to touch her, we were not given information about what tests were being given, etc. As someone working with a population who can’t hear and who is often elderly I think it should be common practice to have a way to communicate what is going on during the appointment and ask for consent to touch before immediatel... read more
Keith displayed his excellent knowledge on how to discern the proper model and to explore which setting was best suited for my conditions. Anxious to see how this trial period aids my hearing loss. I was quite satisfied with his approch to my specific situation.
The experience was completely different from previous ones I had. I was given a type of test that focused my hearing loss. I was able to use two pairs of hearing aids that I would purchase and tested them so I could see how they would work in my situation. I am happy with the testing process.
