I was camping in my travel trailer when the awning collapsed and destroyed the frame. I called Hearn's Salvage & Wrecker Co to ask for help - could they send someone out to help detach the wrecked awning so I could tow the trailer again. Mr. Hearn sent a 2-man crew out within 30 minutes. This crew was incredible. They figured out how to detach the fabric from the awning tube, the tube from the destroyed frame, removed the frame, and stowed and secured the other undamaged frame.
