I spoke with Dr. Hearns, the on-call physician, regarding my son's pink eye, which had spread to his other eye. I asked if she could call in a prescription, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She told me, "This isn't a hotline for prescriptions," and showed no empathy or concern for my child's condition. This wasn't my first negative experience with Dr. Hearns. Wonderful program!
We absolutely love doctor Hearns and the staff at Pavilion Pediatrics. We have been with her going on 7 years. A friend of the family who has been with her for 21 years referred us and we couldn't be happier!!
Terrible customer service-wait times. Clearly if someone is sick, just skip trying to contact them. So far, i have been on hold for over 20 minutes. 7 minutes the first time, 13 the second time.
