We bought and sold a house with Dave. He is is highly knowledgeable of the area, even-keeled, and very responsive. We trusted him on our purchase and ended up getting the house when the other offer fell through. We had our house under contract when we sold in five days, for over asking price.
We have been waiting for a house, we looked at the first ones he put up in Winchendon Rd. He told our realtor that he was building 4 total, and we were interested in the last one. He verbaly told us he would let us have an off market offer first, since we were waiting and working with him so long. Price started at $540k, he said wood went up , we offered more.
