Received excellent service from all personnel, including James who kept me advised of the time of service. Jack was very courteous and explained the necessary repairs needed and other concerns with the existing plumbing. I was given the opportunity of considering the repairs and cost. I highly recommend Hearn and personnel.
I was having a very strong odor that was coming from the furnace. No one could figure out what was going on. I put in a phone call to Hearn they were here within three hours. They were kind enough to make room for me since the odor was so bad. Nello arrived and was so courteous, prompt and thorough. He assessed the situation and knew exactly what it was. It was getting to be around 5:30 and he had another stop he needed to be at. He made a phone call to his boss and was told it was ok to come back. He was here until almost 1... read more

Hearn does good work. You pay for the quality you get, but it's worth it, and they're very transparent about their pricing. The family who owns the business is still very much involved and hands-on, and all the guys they've brought to my home are obviously good at what they do.
