I struggled with problems with my old hearing devices, provided by a large chain hearing center whose name I won't mention, but their initials are PT. My devices consistently felt like they were not right, but I tolerated it due to the extreme cost they wanted for new devices and the distance I had to travel when service was needed. PT closed some of their offices which required me to travel long distances for service. Finally, when one of my devices died completely, I decided it was time to look elsewhere for repairs. I had 2 jobs recently and both of them complained that my voice was to loud. I just thought I had a loud voice. Until me husband got tired of repeating himself. He said " go get your hearing checked". The next day I made an appointment not knowing how much that one appointment changed my life. forever grateful I will be forever grateful to Scott Lineweaver at Beltone Hearing Center. He was especially knowledgeable regarding various products that were offered on the market, but more than that he is a sincerely caring person. He also did NOT push me to purchase hearing aids. I can not praise this man enough!
HEARINGS AID THIS IS A BAD COMPANY. IT IS LIKE THEY ARE JUST OUT TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT WILLING TO HELP THE PERSON. WE GOT SOME HEARING AIDS THAT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT,SO MY HUSBAND WANTED HIS MONEY BACK INSTEAD THEY TALKED HIM INTO ANOTHER PAIR AND SAID THEY WOULD WORK BETTER. EVERY TIME HE WEARS THEM THE BATTERY DIES AND THEY HAVE TO BE CHANGED. HE TOOK THEM IN LAST MONTH ALL THEY DID WAS CLEN THEM THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.WE PAID IN FULL SO THEY DID NOT WANT TO MESS WITH US ANYMORE.
