Misty and her crew has handled all my needs concerning my hearing aids. The service after the purchase has been nothing but exceptional. I say this after several years of assistance from her and her staff. I highly recommend the Wichita Webb location as a place to buy my hearing aids.
It was a rocky start, but they more than made up for it. They have been so kind and attentive. The receptionist remembers my name without looking it up every time I go in for supplies (which is not that often). The heating aid specialist is wonderful too! Very patient and good at explaining thing and open to questions. One time I made a very embarrassing mess in her office and she was so kind and professional about it, I will never forget it.
