Three weeks ago I went to this site which I have dealt with in the past but the personnel have changed. My hearing aids were working fine but I lost my pairing to the website and needed help to control them. The woman at the front desk told me she was not sure if she could help me and she also told me my warranty expired last October so it would cost me $25.00. I told her that was fine. Very good
A small piece on my hearing aid came loose one morning, and I dropped into the Westlake office without an appointment. The receptionist and Dr Anna cordially welcomed me and repaired the issue immediately. I am so glad I found this office when I first moved into the area two years ago. They are friendly, efficient, highly professional, and a delight to work with. Highest praises to them!
The receptionist was warm and welcoming, the audiologist was amazing and so easy to work with
