I drove 35 miles just to be told that United Healthcare does not use HearingLife as a provider anymore. I find it inexcusable that I was never made aware of this until I arrived for appointment, especially since HearingLife called me to set up the appointment. They asked if I still had United Healthcare as my insurance so they knew ahead of time that it was my insurance.
Everything went very well. It was a pleasant experience.
I always feel like I was well taken care of!! I enjoy my check ups!!
Nice to meet Tina, and she did several tests to show me how much of my hearing was gone.
