Excellent service they really care
This was our first appointment with Hearing Life and it was for my 17 year old granddaughter who was diagnosed with hearing loss at birth. She received her first pair of aids before her first birthday. The service at Hearing Life was exceptional! From the start at scheduling to verifying insurance and then the actual visit, I couldn't be more pleased. Dr Daniel Agrusa was very thorough with his exam and explaining his findings. If I could give Dr Daniel TEN stars, I could. He is so jovial and personable, with an astonishingly wonderful bedside manner. He takes as much time as necessary to get to the root of any problem. I feel truly seen and valued, not only as a patient, but as a PERSON. On my most recent visit, he listened carefully and patiently about my hearing problem and then worked with me on fine tuning my hearing aid settings.
