Both the receptionist and the specialist were very nice. I was satisfied with my hearing test results, and felt comfortable being tested.
The staff at the Portland facility on Stark Street were very professional and friendly. I was not able to do the hearing test because I have bone over the ear drum for some reason and need to have that checked out first.
I was unable to get the hearing test the first time because I had wax on one of my eardrums and the technician was not an audiologist. I had to go to my physician to have it removed. I scheduled a second visit and that time found out my insurance wouldn’t cover the appointment because they required an audiologist to do the testing. This resulted in two trip to the office which was quite far away from my house. I should have scheduled with an office that had an audiologist to begin with, but I was not made aware of that.
