The receptionist and doctor were nice but professional. The doctor explained everything well. Highest recommendation!
Very patient in answering all question. This is my second set of the Oticon cross hearing aids The first set lasted 7 years and we’re still working but I felt and hearing exam confirmed that the new technology would benefit the changes ln my hearing loss. After 2 days of 12 hours of wearing each day I can say that am hearing and understanding better than the old set.
They were wonderfully helpful and kind. Thank you so much!
