Lost the sound on my right hearing aid. I was able to get it fixed in one day with the help of Robbie and Julie. Bath are very nice and responsive. They promptly returned my call after I left a message. Julie quickly identified the problem a repaired it on-site.
Very efficient and thorough exam by the audiologist.All questions were addressed with patience. Location of the office is very convenient for patients who live on the outer Cape.Availability times for appointments has been expanded which is also appreciated.I would advise friends looking for aids to go to Orleans hearing life for many reasons(all positive)
