Vilma was wonderful to work with. She is kind, thoughtful, sweet and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Always willing to help with the tiniest problem. I recommend her without hesitation.
Had a wonderful experience. Originally received my hearing aids at the Dennis store 2022. Was having problems with the volumes on both hearing aids ( one wasn't working at all!) Julie in Orleans was wonderful and helped repair my gear. Walk in appt was easy and is scheduled for a hearing test next month. Highly recommend.
