This office stepped up and repaired my hearing aid OVERNIGHT! And even cleaned up both of them even though I only needed repair on one. They Are Also A Very Friendly Staff. I’m relocating back to Michigan and I will certainly keep HearingLife of Grand Rapids in my contacts list. Thank you to both Sara (patient Care Coordinator), and Marisa Pepper (Hearing Instrument Specialist), who helped me get my hearing back on track again!
Clean, modern office is easy to find and handicap accessible. The staff was very kind and personable, efficient and professional. Everything was explained and all my questions answered. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking help with their ears and hearing. Very pleasant experience!
