I first went to Hearing Life at my wife’s insistence convinced that I had no hearing problems. After a thorough exam and my first experience with hearing aids I realized I was suddenly hearing things that I hadn’t heard in years. Every evening when I take them off to charge I know I did the right thing. The best thing is they work with my cell phone - I don’t have to hold it up to my ear and can hear perfectly clear through both ears. Thank you Megan and staff!
This office stepped up and repaired my hearing aid OVERNIGHT! And even cleaned up both of them even though I only needed repair on one. They Are Also A Very Friendly Staff. I’m relocating back to Michigan and I will certainly keep HearingLife of Grand Rapids in my contacts list. Thank you to both Sara (patient Care Coordinator), and Marisa Pepper (Hearing Instrument Specialist), who helped me get my hearing back on track again!
