Receptionist was not welcoming and her tone was sarcastic and abrupt to my 90 year old mother. Should have walked out right then and there.
Nice clean facility and very professional people. The hearing test was easy and very thorough doing tests that I hadn’t had done before to find out where my hearing is at. I have had Oticon hearing aids for proximately five years now with no problems and they have taken very good care of me. I would recommend Hearing life to anyone looking for hearing aids or to have a hearing test done. Tom Prasek
The Audiologist, Miss M, was very professional, thorough, and patient. She explained the settings in detail in language I could understand. She convinced me I definitely made the right choice in choosing Hearing Life hearing aids.
