I recently had hearing test at Treasure Valley in Meridian. I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone there. The exam was thorough and the audiologist was very knowledgeable and caring.

I first went to Treasure Valley in Boise last September when my left hearing aid quit over the labor day weekend. I was very impressed with the staff and the service. I came back in January 2018 for a regular checkup. While my service was being done I began reading about the new technology that came out a year ago. I pick up my new aids on March 15th after having worn a demo set for two weeks now. I am very pleased with everyone at the Boise office.
I have gone with my husband several times to audiology while we lived in NH. This was the most thorough exam I have seen. I was very impressed! He still has to see an ENT before he can try out the new hearing aids. Great service.
My first hearing aids were purchased while residing in another state; even though they were excellent quality they were never mapped or coordinated for my hearing loss. Chelsea and the rest of the staff at Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance believe in great customer service and practice it with every patient. There's a lot more to hearing aids than just buying them and putting them on/in. You need a provider who will be there to help with adjustments and repairs that will keep your hearing aids at peak performance.
