I just love going to hearing life to see Stacey. She's very outgoing and understanding.
Very pleased with the new Ladies at the Bellefontaine Ohio office! Very helpful and very good at explaining what I should do.
I had my year check last week. We were greeted . The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We met the “new” Stacy. She put us at ease by telling her story of working for Hearing Life. She was professional and accurate. Very much appreciated her explanation of the various steps with hearing and hearing aids. We felt heard and very cared for by this team.
Jennifer and the receptionist are very nice helpful with any questions, New post left a message for office no reply , but then Urbana called and talked to Nikki set up appt she was fantastic. She told me Bellefontaine office us closed until they find someone to work there
