Waited over a month for a “pediatric” audiologist from OKC. She didn’t know how to use the machine that measures the vibration off the ear drums and then dropped and broke it. Went ahead for the hearing test which was an adult hearing test with a series of beeps for a 3yr old that was not interested. She tested one ear partially. Said “okay”… (not even the ear we have had the most trouble with). I asked next steps in which she said I don’t “think” he can hear high pitched noises like “s” so just take him to speech therapy. From entry into the office, to the audio exam and analysis to the hearing aid test and adjustment. I felt very comfortable and was educated regarding my hearing loss. Melanie was a great hostess. Julie was my audiographer. Very knowledgeable.
