Very good, detailed. Ella took a very long time to do a lot of Audio testing in 2 different rooms. She then spent a lot with me after the testing was done to talk to me & show me the hearing aides. She taught me about to put them on & take them off. I was a slow learner & was "Fumble Fingers" in the process & she was very patient. She also asked me about the color of the one part that goes behind my ear. I did not like it & she then showed me another that I liked better. My dad was visiting from overseas and I noticed a decline in his hearing so wanted to get him in for a test before he left. I rang around and the wonderful receptionist at HearingLife was by far the most helpful and managed to find a last minute slot on a Friday afternoon. The office is clean and quiet, they offer parking validation too.
