I called and spoke to the receptionist and asked her specifically if they could adjust my Bernafon Hearing Aides she said yes absolutely and set an appointment for me. When I drove 40 minutes and waited to see the doctor the first thing the doctor informed me of was that they do not Work on Bernafon Hearing Aides and she was very sorry I had to come in and drive all that way for nothing. Your receptionist needs to be trained.

I wrote a long message and sent it to you yesterday evening. So far, I had the volume high after you left. The refrigerator sounded like a jack hammer! It was intolerable. I called my sister to come over to listen and then went to her place to compare refrigerator sounds. I turned my sound down to almost nothing, and the “ jack hammer “ sound disappeared. When I needed help Hearing life me Carlsbad took great care of me. I had turned in my hearing aids because they were not working correctly. But I was tested and my hearing aids were repaired and working great.
