I dont write reviews...this is my first. Let me explain. First....I found you can buy a hearing aids in so many places in Victoria....buying and service is a daunting task. Dont gamble with your health ,hearing or your provider. As a senior..I have the time...and took up the challenge...sorted out all the talk and promises ...and found the best. I was there recently for my hearing audiogram test for my job pre requisite and ear specialist was so amazing in her work and she was so eloquently throughout my test and also enjoyed her witty sense of humour too.. highly recommended to everyone.

The personal support at this and other NexGen offices is excellent. Not only are you given choices of high quality products, but your specialized needs are addressed and tweaked until you’re happy. Very impressed with Teresa’s audiology expertise, but also with the way she navigates complex and constantly evolving technology.
