Had the pleasure of attending this place. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The test was great, easy and everything was explained very thoroughly and also helpful. I strongly recommend this place for hearing tests.
I had a great experience with my hearing assessment with Julia. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable throughout the assessment and would definitely recommend her!
Receptionist is rude. Girl who did test is very inexperienced and didn’t know what was going on. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!
Julia… where do I even start. World-class hearing specialist, part-time superhero. I booked a routine hearing test at HearingLife and somehow walked out feeling like I’d just witnessed a medical Marvel movie.
