I truly appreciate Ms. Julia Lee’s extensive effort to help my father get a pair of hearing aids. Ms. Julia Lee did a terrific favor to us by connecting me via facetime during my father’s appointment session. Ms. Lee showed both my father and me how each component worked, spent tremendous time fine-tuning my father’s hearing aids, explained in detail for me various things via facetime. Ms. Julia Lee probably hasn’t realized how huge her help was, but what I want to say is that Ms. Julia Lee is an angel in human form.
I got a hearing test the other day. Very professional service and set up. Highly recommended.
The appointment line lied to me when I specifically asked if they did non-surgical bone conduction hearing aids. Julia, the audiologist, was helpful and professional. She pointed me in the right direction but that could have done on the phone.
Disgusting customer service. It’s been 72 hours and over 30 messages and not one phone reply. Not once picked up the phone. Not professional at all! It’s like trying to get a hold of someone in Alibaba.com Very disappointing
