refused service and charged anyway
It would be a zero star if allowed. We were not mislead but actually lied to. After waiting 2 weeks to get concurrent appointments for myself and my mother, and after being very clear that we needed these separate appointments at the same time so my mother wouldn't have to be there for two hours at 89 years old, we arrive to find they only ever have one clinician and our appointments would be one after the other. Very nice customer service center Hearing Life.. I came in with my hearing problem and my problem was solved quickly and professionally...i appreciate the staff and the clinic for their work...recommend other people to come here
