Really surprised by the positive reviews here. After 10+ years as a ListenUp/HearingLife customer I have unfortunately seen this business shift to one that only cares about the bottom line and not their customers' well being. Not only is there very little transparency around warranties or the cost of repairs (always in their favour - I was once charged $900 after a $200 quote), but also worse, they seem to forget that their clients are people deserving of honesty and respect.
