I had a great experience at Hearing Life with Audiologist Samuel. Any test needs to be done by a specialist with a wide and deep range of practicum/ knowledge in many practices and i feel he is the one from the conversation i had today
I had a really scary experience yesterday when I suddenly lost hearing in my right ear. After going to the ER that night, they told me it could be sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL), which needs to be treated quickly to prevent permanent hearing loss. When I called the office, Patricia at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding. I had a wonderful experience here. Bin, the audiologist, was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process. It never felt rushed, just very professional and compassionate care.
