I had a really scary experience yesterday when I suddenly lost hearing in my right ear. After going to the ER that night, they told me it could be sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL), which needs to be treated quickly to prevent permanent hearing loss. I had a wonderful experience here. Bin, the audiologist, was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process. It never felt rushed, just very professional and compassionate care. Every visit has been professional ,friendly and has advocated for us when dealing with the government ministries. The level of helpfulness and genuine concern has been exemplary and makes visits with them pleasurable
